Booking & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Swann Thai Therapy. To ensure a smooth and fair experience for all clients, and to allow us to provide the best service, the following policies apply. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.

Booking & Confirmation

  • Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person.

  • Your appointment is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email or SMS. Please ensure your contact details are correct.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

We understand schedules can change. Out of respect for our therapists’ time and other clients, we require at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes.

  • £15 deposit is taken at booking.

  • More than 24 hours notice: Cancellation or rescheduling is free.

  • Less than 24 hours notice or No Show: Deposit is lost.

  • Payment is due at the time of service. We accept bank transfer and cash only.

Treatment Policy

Welcome to Swann Thai Therapy. Our primary goal is to provide a safe, effective, and deeply therapeutic experience. To ensure the well-being of all clients and staff, please review the following policies.

1. Health Disclosure & Contraindications

Your safety is our priority. Please inform us of any:

  • Medical conditions, injuries, or allergies

  • Skin conditions

  • Pregnancy

This allows us to:

  • Confirm the treatment is safe for you

  • Tailor the session to your needs

  • Certain conditions (e.g., contagious illness, fever, recent surgery, severe hypertension, thrombosis) may require a doctor’s note before service

2. Informed Consent

  • Prior to your first session, we will briefly consult to understand your goals and focus areas.

  • During the session, communicate your comfort regarding pressure, temperature, or music volume.

  • You have the right to stop the treatment at any time, for any reason.

3. Professional Boundaries

  • Our treatments are therapeutic and non-sexual. Any inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate termination, with full payment required and denial of future services.

4. Treatment Etiquette & Preparation

  • Punctuality: Arrive 5–10 minutes early for check-in and consultation.

  • Hygiene: Please arrive clean.

  • Silence phones: To maintain a tranquil environment.

5. During & After Your Treatment

  • Hydration: Drink plenty of water after your session to flush out toxins and aid recovery.

  • Feedback: We welcome your feedback to ensure we meet your expectations.

6. Scope of Practice

  • Our therapists are certified professionals. We do not diagnose, prescribe, or perform spinal manipulations. Our services are complementary therapy, not a substitute for medical care.

7. Treatment Completion & Payment

  • For maximum benefit, it is recommended to complete the full scheduled session.

  • All treatments are non-refundable once rendered.

  • Full payment is required even if you end the session early.

  • No partial refunds for unused treatment time.
